Bedoba’s vineyards are rooted in the historic landscapes of Kakheti, where Georgia’s ancient winemaking culture meets a unique natural environment. Deep black slate soils, formed from ancient riverbeds reaching depths of up to 8 meters, combine with mountain influences, warm days, and cool nights to create ideal conditions for growing expressive grapes with freshness, structure, and character.

Many of our vineyards are planted with indigenous Georgian grape varieties and old vines that naturally produce low yields and concentrated fruit. The deep slate soils retain very little water, forcing the vines to grow deep roots in search of nourishment, giving the wines their distinctive minerality and identity.

At Bedoba, we work with respect for both nature and tradition. Every grape is harvested by hand, and our vineyards are cultivated with sustainable practices that preserve the land for future generations. From vine to bottle, our wines reflect the purity of Georgia’s terroir and the spirit of a country considered the cradle of viticulture.
