Bedoba Saperavi

Bedoba Saperavi is crafted from vines over 35 years old, rooted deep in the black slate soils of Kakheti, the historic heart of Georgian winemaking.

Hand-harvested grapes are partially fermented in traditional Qvevri amphorae and matured in oak barrels, large wooden casks, and Qvevri, creating a wine of depth, texture, and elegance.

Dark berries, mountain herbs, floral notes, and cracked black pepper unfold over a powerful yet smooth palate with fine freshness and gentle spice.

A true expression of Georgia’s 8,000-year-old wine culture, Bedoba Saperavi pairs beautifully with roast lamb, grilled meats, wild mushrooms, and aged cheeses.

Bedoba Reserve

Bedoba Reserve is produced from Saperavi vines planted in 1984 around the historic village of Kvareli, in the heart of Kakheti. Rooted in deep black slate soils, these low-yielding vineyards give the wine remarkable concentration, elegance, and minerality.

The grapes are harvested by hand and fermented naturally in traditional Qvevri amphorae using indigenous yeasts. The wine is then matured in a combination of Qvevri and second-fill Burgundy oak barrels, creating a layered and refined expression of Saperavi.

Dark berries, wild mountain herbs, floral notes, and subtle spice unfold over a silky texture with fine minerality and a long, graceful finish.

Bedoba Reserve is a pure reflection of Georgia’s ancient winemaking heritage and the unique terroir of Kvareli.

Delicate aromas of wild strawberry, red currant, pomegranate, and rose petals unfold over a lively and refreshing palate with fine texture and balance.
